PVA RESIN forBLOWN FILM EXTRUSION
INFHIDRO supplies high-performance PVA (PVOH) resin, commercially available under the HIDRORESIN® brand, specifically engineered for blown film extrusion. Our film-grade water soluble resin ensures stable processing, consistent melt behavior and excellent mechanical strength for demanding industrial film applications.
HIDRORESIN® film grades are optimized for conventional blown film lines and allow precise control of thickness, transparency and dissolution properties. The material integrates into standard extrusion systems while maintaining uniform bubble stability and reliable film formation.
Our PVOH resins are available in different dissolution profiles (cold or hot water soluble) and can be tailored to meet specific processing and performance requirements depending on the final film application.
Processing performance of PVA resin for blown film extrusion depends on line configuration and equipment parameters. Compatibility with the customer’s blown film system should be verified prior to implementation, and adjustments may be required to optimize melt stability and film quality. Processing should be carried out by experienced operators familiar with thermoplastic film extrusion.
