All films for liquids, powders, and tablets can be printed. Films for powders feature an embossing option to reduce friction and improve machinability. Additionally, all models can be manufactured with or without the aversive agent Bitrex.

Yes, all technical and regulatory documentation—including official independent test certificates for SVHC/REACH (SGS), Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and Technical Data Sheets (TDS)—is supplied upon request to support your qualification processes.
Yes, completely. The film is made from polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH/PVA), a water-soluble, non-toxic polymer that, when dissolved in water, fully biodegrades via microorganisms present in the ecosystem, without generating any residual microplastics.
The Premium Series (P) is formulated for applications demanding ultra-fast dissolution and dispersion rates, whereas the Standard Series (A/D) offers an optimal balance between technical performance and cost for conventional packaging operations.
They have a heat sealing profile in the range of 150°C to 180°C (typically at 170°C for 0.7s). They are compatible with thermoforming machines (for liquids/pods) and vertical VFFS or Flow Pack packaging equipment (for powders and tablets).
