Unlike waxes or liquid release agents, HIDROMOULD® acts as a continuous physical barrier of uniform thickness that leaves no residue on the part and does not contaminate the mold surface. This eliminates aggressive post-demolding cleaning operations, ensures dimensional accuracy, and provides a flawless finish ready for subsequent treatments.

Being a 100% water-soluble polymer (PVOH), applying water via spray, shower, or immersion is sufficient. The film dissolves cleanly without generating microplastics or requiring manual scraping, reducing cycle times in the plant.
