Cold Water Soluble Laundry Bags

Cold water dissolvable laundry bags are designed to dissolve at low temperatures, typically between 15°C and 30°C, making them ideal for pre-wash or low-temperature disinfection protocols. These bags ensure safe containment of contaminated linens during transport and handling, while dissolving completely once exposed to water during the washing cycle.
Standard dimensions include 66 × 84 cm (26 × 33 inches), commonly used for general hospital applications with an approximate capacity of 60 liters, and 71 × 99 cm (28 × 39 inches), designed for larger loads with a capacity of approximately 100 liters. Typical film thickness ranges from 20 to 25 microns, offering an optimal balance between mechanical resistance and controlled dissolution. Custom sizes can be manufactured upon request.

Hot water soluble linen bags are formulated to remain stable during storage and handling, dissolving only when exposed to higher washing temperatures, typically above 45°C–60°C. This controlled dissolution ensures maximum safety during transport and loading while guaranteeing complete dispersion during the main wash cycle.
Available in standard dimensions of 66 × 84 cm (26 × 33 inches) with an approximate capacity of 60 liters, and 71 × 99 cm (28 × 39 inches) with a capacity of around 100 liters, these bags are commonly produced in 20 or 25 micron thicknesses to meet hospital handling requirements.
